How to apply for netflix binge watching job

The only thing you must abide by is to apply for yourself and not for someone else,' the description states. And if you score the gig, you'll not only get a grand, but a Netflix gift card. We’ve seen some cool dream jobs over the years (Chicken Nugget Connoisseur, anyone?), but this Editorial Analyst job where you get paid to binge-watch Netflix might be the best one yet. (Then again, there was that one job where you could get paid $60,000 plus expenses to live in Cancun for six months. Eh, this is still pretty good.).

Netflix employs people called “Taggers” to watch upcoming content and help flag it into proper categories, i.e. “Indie Movies with a Strong Female Lead,” or “Critically Acclaimed TV Dramas.” This is done mostly by choosing words from a pool of 1,000 to best describe the program. Netflix has a current job opening for “Kids Content Tagger” which has a heavy binge-watching requirement. In this role, the description reads, “You will help categorize kids content for different ages and for hundreds of themes, including tone, storyline, character attributes, positive messages, cautionary material, etc.”.

Looking for your dream job, but not sure what will cater to your love of watching TV? Well, Netflix might just be your ideal destination as it’s currently looking for a professional binge watcher to review shows.

The online streaming platform recently posted a job listing for an editorial analyst of original content. The role of this position would be to “watch, research, rate, tag, annotate, and write analysis for movie and TV content”.

But what qualifies such a person to be worthy for this role? Both english and japanese speaking people qualify and the ideal candidate would have five years of experience in the entertainment industry and be based in Los Angeles to work out of the Hollywood office.

Basically, all one needs to do is be able to write about a movie or TV series and have eyes to watch the content. If this is you, act fast and apply here
